Sara is a passionate and experienced Pilates instructor with a deep love for mindful movement and holistic wellbeing. Her journey began in Australia, where she spent several years training and teaching both mat and class-based Pilates in studios across Australia. During this time, Sara developed a dynamic teaching style that blends precision, flow, and a strong focus on core strength and alignment.
With a solid foundation in classical mat Pilates and extensive experience leading group classes, Sara creates sessions that are both challenging and accessible. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, her supportive and encouraging approach helps clients build strength, flexibility, and confidence from the inside out.
Now based at Excellence Pilates, Sara brings the energy and expertise of her Australian training to every class she teaches—offering a thoughtful, empowering experience for every body.
