Excellence Physiotherapy is looking for an enthusiastic and hard working Full-Time Physiotherapist to join our expanding practice. The candidate will be working in a fast paced but enjoyable environment, so should be comfortable working autonomously and efficiently.
Salary is competitive depending on experience. They will have access to both in-house and external CPD with excellent opportunities for progression.
Hours are flexible with daytime, evenings and weekends available.
The candidate must be a qualified Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC. DBS checks will be completed prior to appointment.

Part- Time Admin Assistant

We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our physiotherapy clinic with invoicing and general administrative tasks. The role would be for 4-5 hours per week initially with potential to increase. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident with IT systems, and comfortable working collaboratively within a small, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage weekly invoicing, including data entry, billing checks and follow-up where required.

Support general administrative duties such as document management and maintaining clinical efficiency.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient and financial information.

Collaborate with clinicians and colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:

Strong IT competency across common platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, practice management systems)

Proven organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
