30 Minute Glute Strength Class
A 30 minute glute blast to build strength in your glutes and improve stability around your pelvis. Increasing your glute strength has been shown to reduce back and knee pain and improve your exercise performance and balance! There is a short warm up so warm up beforehand!
Post Natal Pilates (0-3 Months)
A 30 minute Pilates class for New Mums in the first few months after birth.
