Having explored many forms of exercise throughout her life, Laura discovered Pilates several years ago and immediately felt its impact. The precision and body awareness required felt like a new form of meditation. As she says, “One class and I was hooked!”
Laura ensures that every client understands not only what they are doing, but why they are doing it. She believes that listening to and understanding your body is the foundation of meaningful, lasting progress.
