Physiotherapy (also referred to as musculo-skeletal physiotherapy or MSK) helps to restore normal movement and function of muscles, joints and other soft tissue structures, after injury, illness or disability including:

  • A Full Musculoskeletal Assessment - An in-depth assessment of your injury and formulation of a treatment plan. Referrals to a specialist may  be organised if necessary.

  • Rehabilitation Treatment Sessions - Following on from your initial assessment, we provide you with a tailored programme aimed at overcoming your injury and achieving your goals.

  • Return to Sport Rehabilitation Programmes - Using the latest research and years of experience, we can help you through your journey from injury diagnosis, all the way to returning to your sport. Each rehabilitation programme is tailored you, enabling  you to cope with the demands of your sport upon returning.

  • Home Exercise Programmes - Alongside your treatment sessions we will provide you with a home exercise programme specific to your needs. Continuing your exercise at home is vital for gaining the best outcomes between treatment sessions.

  • New Player Medicals for Sports Teams - With vast experience working within an elite sporting environment, we can provide a full musculoskeletal assessment and baseline fitness testing for athletes looking to join your Sports Club. A pre-signing medical report highlights any concerns for injury.

  • Pitch-side First Aid - As qualified medical trauma responders, we can provide pitch-side emergency first aid for a variety of sporting events.

  • Postural Assessments - Poor posture can be a precursor for a number of injuries. Correcting your posture can help ease the aches and pains of daily life.
