Alex graduated from the University of Nottingham with a strong passion for physiotherapy and a clear vision: to provide high-quality, accessible physiotherapy services to the community.

He began his career with Leicester Teaching Hospitals while also running his own mobile sports massage business, gaining valuable experience in both clinical and entrepreneurial settings. His journey then led him into the world of elite sports.

​

Over two years with Premier League champions Leicester City Football Club, Alex gained firsthand insight into the rigorous demands placed on professional athletes. He developed extensive expertise in sports injury management, advanced rehabilitation, and return-to-play protocols. His time with the club was made even more memorable by their historic Premier League title win.

More recently, Alex has supported elite-level teams including the three-time Gold Cup-winning King Power Foxes and the Thailand Polo Association at the Southeast Asia Games in Malaysia, further enhancing his experience in the field of sports physiotherapy.

Outside of work, Alex is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys both watching and playing a wide range of sports.
