Alex graduated from the University of Nottingham with a passion for physiotherapy and a dream to build a business offering affordable but exemplary physiotherapy in Rutland.

 

Alex worked initially for Leicester Teaching Hospitals as well as managing his own mobile Sports Massage service, before moving into the elite sports environment.

Completing 2 years with Premier League Champions Leicester City Football Club, Alex experienced first hand, the demands faced by elite athletes. He has an excellent knowledge in sports injury management, progressed rehabilitation and return to sport protocols. This was an amazing job, sweetened further by Leicester City becoming Premier League Champions. His recent sporting achievements include providing sports physiotherapy to the three times Gold Cup Winners - King Power Foxes and the Thailand Polo Association at the Southeast Asia Games in Malaysia.

In his spare time Alex enjoys both watching and playing all types of sports.
