A pilates routine suitable for ladies in all stages of pregnancy.


Please seek advice from your midwife/clinician before commencing any new exercise routine when pregnant. Pilates is excellent for managing your ever changing body throughout the 3 trimesters, however it is important that we ensure you are doing so in a way that is safe for you and your baby.
