Cesca joins us with a wealth of physiotherapy experience having worked in the NHS since graduating from Coventry University in 2012.

She has a passion for functional rehabilitation and helping people get back to their goals whilst living with as little pain as possible. This has led to her working in paediatric rehabilitation in recent years, helping to build a phenomenal paediatric service in and around the East Midlands region.

Cesca is also a fully qualified Yoga instructor and likes to focus both her classes and rehabilitation on the benefits of functional movement and posture. She'll be looking to start some of her yoga classes here at Excellence Physio soon.
