Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
At Excellence physio we aim to return you to your best whether it is with more strength, flexibility or endurance. Yoga can be an excellent way to improve all of these aspects.
Our first Yoga class (Yoga for Athletes) will focus on the main aspects of strength and endurance, which is perfect for athletes looking to maintain or enhance their performance.
Over the next few months, we will also introduce a series of recovery yoga classes, focusing on the key aspects that repair and return your body to its healthy state.
Classes start from £10.00 per class in January but will become term-time block bookings from February Half-Term.
